页岩气开发废水COD与TOC相关性研究 被引量:3

摘要 为了解涪陵页岩气田钻井废水、压裂废水和采气废水的有机物污染情况,弄清典型废水COD和TOC的相关性,在充分调研页岩气开发废水产生情况的基础上,对涪陵页岩气田典型废水进行了取样测试,建立了COD和TOC关系式,分析了COD和TOC相关性及其主要影响因素,结果表明,废水中的还原性物质、有机物组分及其部分理化性质对TOC和COD的相关性存在有较明显的影响;TOC值比COD值更能反映废水中有机物的含量;COD与TOC关系式的精密度和准确性均满足质量控制要求,可以通过TOC值预测废水的COD值,弥补因其他因素导致的COD偏大或偏小的现象。 In order to understand the correlation between COD and TOC in typical wastewater,such as drilling wastewater,fracturing wastewater and gas production in Fuling shale gas development process,on the basis of investigating the production of wastewater in shale gas development,its typical wastewater is sampled and tested.On the basis of study,the correlation between COD and TOC is established,their relativity and major influential factors are analyzed.The results show that TOC is better than COD to reflect the organic matter content.There are many factors that influence correlation of wastewaters' COD and TOC,including reducing substances,organic components and physical and chemical properties.COD and TOC have a linear relationship,its precision and accuracy meet control requirements,COD can be predicted by TOC that makes up the shortage of COD.
