木瓜蛋白酶处理鱼粉代乳对6~19日龄羔羊采食与消化代谢的影响

摘要 将18只初生体重为(3.25±0.61)kg的小尾寒羊母羔随机分为3组,每组6只,从3日龄起分别补饲牛奶粉代乳、鱼粉(50%)代乳和木瓜蛋白酶预处理鱼粉(50%)代乳,从5日龄完全脱离母乳依靠代乳,在6~9日龄及16~19日龄进行二次消化代谢实验。结果表明,在6~9日龄,牛奶粉代乳组、50%鱼粉代乳组、木瓜蛋白酶预处理鱼粉(50%)代乳组羔羊的干物质自由采食量分别为(147.6±31.2)、(74.0±17.5)和(98.7±19.6)g/d;干物质表观消化率分别为(96.8±1.0)%、(80.8±7.6)%和(88.0±3.6)%;粗蛋白表观消化率分别为(93.1±3.7)%、(71.1±8.2)%和(77.3±9.7)%;氮保留分别为(2.75±0.90)、(0.79±0.63)和(1.44±0.65)g/d;日增重分别为(143.3±44.4)、(26.0±12.3)和(33.1±7.9)g/d。在16~19日龄,牛奶粉代乳组、50%鱼粉代乳组、木瓜蛋白酶预处理鱼粉(50%)代乳组羔羊的干物质采食量分别为(223.5±81.2)、(79.8±18.8)和(107.2±19.6)g/d;干物质表观消化率分别为(97.2±0.6)%、(74.0±4.4)%和(87.8±3.1)%;粗蛋白表观消化率分别为(93.1±3.4)%、(66.4±7.6)%和(77.5±6.1)%;氮保留分别为(4.29±1.97)、(0.81±0.44)和(1.50±0.49)g/d;日增重分别为(198.1±91.7)、(26.8±13.6)和(51.0±15.1)g/d。本研究表明,饲喂经木瓜蛋白酶处理的鱼粉代乳可提高羔羊的自由采食量、干物质和粗蛋白的消化率、氮保留和日增重,但仍显著低于饲喂牛奶粉代乳的羔羊,酶处理鱼粉代乳的实际应用仍不成熟。 Eighteen Small Tail Han sheep lambs,with birth body weight(3.25±0.61)kg,were randomly divided into 3groups(n =6in each group),and from 3days age,fed with the milk substitutes of dried milk group,fish meal(50%)group or papain-treated fish meal(50%)group respectively.The lambs lived on the substitute completely from 5days age,and two experiments of the digestion and metabolism were carried on at 6-9and 16-19 days age.The results showed that 6-9days age,in dried milk group,fish meal(50%)group or papain-treated fish meal(50%)group the voluntary intake of dry matter(DM)by the lambs were(147.6±31.2),(74.0±17.5)and(98.7±19.6)g/d respectively;the apparent digestibility(AD)of DM were(96.8±1.0)%,(80.8±7.6)% and(88.0±3.6)% respectively;the AD of crude protein were(93.1±3.7)%,(71.1±8.2)% and(77.3±9.7)%respectively;nitrogen retention(NR)were(2.75±0.90),(0.79±0.63)and(1.44±0.65)g/d respectively;and the daily body weight gain(DBWG)were(143.3±44.4),(26.0±12.3)and(33.1±7.9)g/d respectively.At the 16-19 days age,in dried milk group,fish meal(50%)group or papain-treated fish meal(50%)group the voluntary intake of DM by the lambs were(223.5±81.2),(79.8±18.8)and(107.2±19.6)g/d respectively;the AD of DM were(97.2±0.6)%,(74.0±4.4)% and(87.8±3.1)%respectively;the AD of crude protein were(93.1±3.4)%,(66.4±7.6)%and(77.5±6.1)%respectively;NR were(4.29±1.97),(0.81±0.44)and(1.50±0.49)g/d respectively;and the DBWG were(198.1±91.7),(26.8±13.6)and(51.0±15.1)g/d respectively.It is concluded that feeding the substitute of papain-treated fish meal to the lambs could increase the voluntary intake,the AD of the DM and crude protein,NR and DBWG,however the papain-treated fish meal substitute was still poorer than that the dried milk substitute,and therefore the application of the protease-treated fish meal substitute is not yet available.
