保康黄连山具有开发利用风能的天然优势。通过工程设计期和施工期的保护措施,黄连山风电工程对周边的五道峡自然保护区动物多样性不会造成大的影响。
Huanglian mountain in Baokang county had natural advantages in the development and utilization of wind energy.Through protective measures in the engineering design period and construction period,wind power project of Huanglian Mountain would not impact the plant diversity of five gorges nature reserve area significantly.
