摘要 用电化学氢化法处理含Sb3+或Sb5+的废水,电解水产生的活泼氢可以与Sb3+或Sb5+反应生成Sb H3气体从而除去水中的锑,收集并加热分解Sb H3可回收金属锑。结果表明,酸性条件是废水去除Sb3+的最佳条件,p H 4时Sb3+的去除率为76.0%,此时锑的回收率高达68.3%。废水除锑最主要途径是电解水产生的活泼氢与Sb3+反应生成气体锑化氢,将Sb5+还原为Sb3+再进行电化学氢化法处理可以去除废水中的Sb5+。用铅、石墨和钨做电解阴极材料进行比较试验,铅电极材料的效果最好。在酸性条件、铅电极除Sb3+效果好。 An electrochemical hydrogenation method was treated on wastewater containing Sb3+or Sb5+, the live hydrogen from electrolysis of water can be reacted with Sb3 +or Sb5 +to generate the gas of Sb H3, which can remove the antimony in the wasterwater, and metal antimony can be obtained if the collected Sb H3 were treated by thermal decomposition. The experimental results showed that: the acidic condition is the best condition to eliminate Sb3+in wastewater. p H=4, the removal rate76.0% and the antimony recovery rate 68.3% can be acquired. The active hydrogen generated by electrolysis of water can be reacted with Sb3+to produce the gas of Sb H3, it is the main way of removing antimony in wastewater. Sb5+in wastewater can be removed by the method of being reduced to Sb3+in advance, then be handled by the method of electrochemical hydrogenation. Lead, graphite and tungsten were used for electrodes materials, the results showed that the effect of lead electrode materials was the best electrode.In acidic conditions, lead electrode is excellent condition to handle Sb3+.
