摘要 采用气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)建立了对枸杞(Lycium barbarum L.)中6种有机磷农药快速测定方法。采用全扫描方式(SCAN)确定保留时间,离子扫描(SIM)模式进行定量,结合总离子流图,分别对离子源温度、进样口温度和接口温度进行优化。结果表明,离子源温度200℃,进样口温度220℃,接口温度250℃,升温程序条件为初始温度80℃,以10℃/min的速度升温至200℃,再以20℃/min升温至280℃,保持2 min,分析检测时间控制在18 min内,达到快速、准确的检测要求。 The rapid and accurate method of simultaneous determination of the six organophosphorus pesticides by GC-MS was established. The retention time was confirmed by full scan mode, and the contents of the six organophosphorus pesticides were developed using selected ion scanning module. Then,the ion source temperature, injector temperature and interface temperature were optimized according to the total ion chromatorgraphy. The results showed that ion source temperature 200 ℃,injector temperature 220 ℃,interface temperature 250 ℃,temperature-rising program was determined as follows :initial temperature80 ℃, up to 200 ℃ with the speed of 10 ℃/min, then, up to 280 ℃ with the speed of 20 ℃/min,hold for 2 min,under the optimum process cond,the six organophosphorus pesticides were simultaneous determined in 18 min,meeting the demand of rapid and accurate detection.
