超临界提取苦橙精油的成分分析

Analysis of Volatile Oil Compounds of Citrus bigarradia V. by Supercritical Fluid

采用超临界流体萃取得到苦橙(Citrus bigarradia V.)精油,利用GC-MS分析挥发性香味成分,并进行感官质量评价。结果表明,超临界苦橙精油得率为3.56%,苦橙精油中检测出58种挥发性成分,括萜烯类18种、醇类11种、醛类10种、酮类9种、酯类9种,相对含量较高为柠檬烯(90.01%)、月桂烯(3.11%)和α-蒎烯(1.05%)等成分,苦橙精油具有香甜的花香味和橘子、柠檬的果香,清甜而鲜。

The volatile oil of Citrus bigarradia V. was by supercritical fluid, then the volatile flavor compounds of oil were analyzed by capillary gas chromatography-mass spectrometry（GC-MS） and added to cigarettes as flavors. The results showed that average yield of the volatile oil was 3.56%,58 constituents were identified in oil, the oil include 18 terpene, 11 alcohols,10 aldehydes, 9 ketones and 9 esters. The volatile oil of Citrus bigarradia V. has fresh and sweet floral,fruits note.
