摘要
现行的教学督导主要是对教学实施环节的督导,甚至是课堂理论教学实施环节的督导。依据大教学论,职业教育的特殊性和客观现实呼唤教学督导向教学实施环节的两翼延展,从课程的开发开始,对教学目标的确立、教学大纲(标准)的编制、教学计划的制定、教学方案的设计、教学活动的实施、教学效果的评价等教学每个环节实施纵向的督导。
The current instructional supervision is mainly focused on teaching processes, even on class theory teaching processes. According to Magna Didactica, the particularity and reality of vocational education requires the instructional supervision to extend to teaching implementation link, fi'om the development of the course, it should supervise the establishment of the teaching goal, syllabus and standard compilation, curriculum planning, lesson plan designing, activities implementing, and effect evaluating, etc.
