高职院校内部管理现状的调查与分析——以某高职院校为例

Investigation and Analysis About Present Situation of the Internal Management in Higher Vocational Colleges

为全面贯彻落实国家有关职业教育各项决策部署,高职院校要把提升管理水平作为促进内涵发展的现实需求,作为提高人才培养质量的重要保障。通过对高职院校的内部管理现状的典型调查,归纳、整理高职院校内部管理方面出现的问题与原因,对于构建高效、科学的管理模式,进一步贯彻执行"依章治校",提升内涵建设与内部管理水平具有重要意义。

In order to fully implement the national decision-making and deployment of vocational education, higher vocational colleges should regard the management level promoting as the reality need for boosting the inherent development, and an important guarantee to improve the quality of talents training. Through typical investigation of current internal management in higher vocational colleges, it concludes and organizes problems and reasons of internal management in higher vocational colleges, and this has essential meaning for constructing a more efficient and scientific management mode, further implementing the ＂governing colleges by rules＂, and enhancing the connotation construction and internal management level.
