职业化背景下高职辅导员心理支持系统的构建

The Construction of Psychological Support System of Higher Vocational Counselors under the Professional Background

分析了高职辅导员的职业现状,针对辅导员社会认同度较低、缺乏对辅导员工作压力的重视以及辅导员自我支持系统缺乏等问题,对高职辅导员心理支持系统的构建思路进行了阐述,并运用已有的研究成果,结合本校辅导员队伍建设,提出了构建辅导员心理支持系统的具体措施,以期推动辅导员职业化的可持续发展。

It analyzes occupational status quo of higher vocational counselors, in view of some problems such as the low social identity, lack of attention to working pressure, and lack of self-support system. It illustrates the construction thought of psychological support system, applies the research result, combined with the counselor construction, and puts forward concrete measures in order to promote the sustainable development of counselor professionalism.
