摘要
目前,高校教师工作量考评形式相对单一,缺乏明确的考评标准及内容,且考评结果评定有失公允和运用效率低等系列问题。故而,必须积极改变思想观念,给予考评工作足够的重视,明晰教职员工的岗位职责,科学合理地制定考评标准及内容,强化教师的工作量管理,健全相关配套机制,促使考评结果利用率得到有效提升,进而激发教师对工作的热情,充分调动其工作的主观能动性。
At present, the teachers' workload evaluation form of colleges and universities is relatively single, lacks clear assessment criteria and content, and the assessment result is unfair and the efficiency is low. So, it is necessary to actively change ideas, put enough emphasis on assessment, determine staff responsibility and set up scientific and reasonable evaluation standard and content, strengthen teachers' workload management, perfect relevant supporting mechanism, prompt utilization of evaluation result effectively, and thus arouse teachers' enthusiasm for work, and give full play to the subjective initiative of teachers.
