Based on the thorough analysis of problems existing in the modem vocational education, this paper analyzes the modem vocational colleges governance management system of college-enterprise cooperation and significance of management ability modernization. On the basis of research practice, it puts forward effective means to achieve the modem vocational colleges governance system, and internal and external strategies to realize modernization of college-enterprise cooperation vocational colleges management. In this way, it better solves the problem.
