国家宪法日确立与高职学生宪法意识的培养——以阜新高等专科学校为例

Establishment of National Constitution Day and Cultivation of Higher Vocational Student Constitutional Awareness

宪法意识是弘扬宪法精神,实现"依宪治国"、"依法治国"的根本。但在国家宪法日经历了第二个年头的今天,高职学生中还普遍存在着宪法意识淡薄的现象,具体表现为对宪法的认知水平较低、宪法信仰理念缺失、宪法情感态度冷漠、宪法权利义务意识淡薄等。因此,培养高职学生宪法意识十分必要。高职院校需要以宪法日确立为契机,加大宪法知识教育力度,营造常态化宪法宣传氛围,创新宪法教育形式等,改善学生的宪法认识、情感和信仰。

Constitutional awareness is to carry forward the spirit of constitution, and the key to the realization of ＂governing the country by constitution＂, and ＂the rule of law＂. But in the second year of constitution day, the constitutional awareness of higher vocational students is weak, the cognitive level of constitution is low, constitutional belief lacks, constitutional emotion and attitude is indifferent, and constitutional right and obligation consciousness is weak. Therefore, it is necessary to cultivate higher vocational students＇ constitution consciousness. Higher vocational colleges need to intensify the knowledge education with the opportunity of establishing constitution day, build normal constitution publicity atmosphere, and innovate constitutional education form to improve students＇ constitutional cognition, emotion and belief.
