UV/H2O2协同光降解处理酒石酸镍废水 被引量:5

摘要 含镍电镀废水中酒石酸的存在,使得废水中总镍无法通过化学沉淀法去除,无法满足达标排放要求。采用UV/H_2O_2光降解法处理酒石酸镍体系废水,考察了不同反应p H值、过氧化氢投加量、光照时间对酒石酸镍体系络合废水的处理效果。实验结果表明:UV/H_2O_2法对酒石酸镍体系废水有很好的协同处理效果,光降解过程呈拟一级动力学过程;优化的酒石酸镍废水处理工艺为反应p H值3.0,30%过氧化氢投加量2 m L·L^(-1),15 W功率紫外灯光照下反应120 min,在优化的工艺条件下,采用化学沉淀法去除水中镍,处理后电镀废水中总镍可满足《电镀污染物排放标准》(GB 21900-2008)中0.5 mg·L^(-1)要求。 Because of the presence of tartaric acid,total removal of the nickel in electroplating wastewater is difficult and the total level of nickel currently does not meet the discharge standard based on chemical precipitation. Photo-degradation of tartaric nickel by means of a UV / H2O2 process was investigated. The effects of p H,H2O2 concentration,and irradiation time were evaluated. The results showed that the UV / H2O2 process created a synergetic effect for wastewater treatment. A pseudo-first-order kinetic model was adopted to represent the reaction. The optimized experimental conditions were p H = 3. 0,dosage of H2O2= 2 m L·L^-1,and reaction time of 120 min under 15 W UV irradiation. When chemical precipitation was used under the optimal conditions,the nickel content could meet the emission standard for electroplating pollutants( GB 21900-2008).
