风道式空气净化器降解甲醛的性能 被引量:1

Removal performance of formaldehyde with a ducted split air purifier

摘要 提出了一种用于空调系统的风道式空气净化器,选取甲醛为目标污染物,并在密闭环境舱内对其净化效果进行了研究。实验结果表明:样机内的压降小于60 Pa,对于空调系统来说基本可以忽略不计;环境舱中的甲醛含量经处理后可以降低到规定的标准值以下;在最强光照下,其净化效果为传统平板式反应器的3.5倍;对于3种不同光照强度,甲醛的一次通过效率为4.99%~10.60%,且与光照度呈正相关;甲醛的转化率和反应速率也随光照强度的增大而提高。此外,在3种光照强度下,其对甲醛的净化效能在0.80~0.85之间,属于A级净化器范围。 A ducted split air purifier used for the air-conditioning system was proposed for the photocatalytic oxidation of formaldehyde in this study. The efficacy of this air purifier was measured in an environmental chamber operating under closed conditions. The results revealed that the air purifier caused a pressure drop of 60 Pa in the air conditioning system,which could be neglected. The use of the air purifier could maintain the formaldehyde concentration below the national air quality standard. This reactor was 3. 5 times as effective as a conventional flatbed reactor under the strongest light. The single-pass removal efficiency of formaldehyde was 4. 99%to 10. 60% for three different light intensities,and was positively correlated with the light intensity. The formaldehyde conversion and reaction rates also increased with the increase in light intensity. Besides,the purification efficiency of formaldehyde was 0. 80 to 0. 85 for three different light intensities. The ducted split air purifier belonged to the range of Class A purifiers.
