摘要
在软弱破碎岩体中掘进巷道的难点在于如何确定合理的支护方式,支护方式不合理不仅增加了生产成本,而且极易导致矿石的损失,并为矿山的安全生产埋下隐患。通过调研软弱破碎岩体条件下的巷道破坏形式以及现行支护方式存在的问题,根据巷道围岩抗压强度及埋深进行了巷道稳定性分析,继而利用超声波技术测出矿山回采巷道松动圈在1.3-1.6m范围之内,并以此为据提出了锚网喷联合与二次加强支护的技术方案,最终这套支护方案在矿山起到了良好的支护作用,可供类似矿山借鉴。
The difficulty of the excavation of the drift in weak orebody is how to determine the reasonable support method. The unreasonable supporting method not only increases the costs of production, but also can easily lead to the loss of ore, bringing a hidden trouble for safety of mines. Through analysis of weak orebody conditions of drift failure mode and existing problems in current support method and based on the analysis of the stability of surrounding rocks, the stability of surrounding rocks under compressive strength and depth is analyzed and the drift loose zone is measured to be within the scope of 1.3~ 1.6 m using ultrasonic technique. A technical proposal for bolting and shotcreting with wire mesh combined support and secondary reinforced support are put forward on this basis. Eventually, the support scheme in the mine get a good supporting effect. It is worthy to be provided as reference to similar mines.
