摘要
目的微小RNA(microRNA,miRNA,miR)为一类由20~26个核苷酸构成的高度保守的单链非编码RNA,在真核细胞中调控基因的表达。一种miRNA能同时调节多种基因或蛋白表达,且在不同组织细胞表达调控作用并不一致。众多miRNA逐渐被证实与心血管疾病相关,其中研究发现miR-29家族可通过不同机制参与心血管疾病的发生发展,文章对其作用机制进行综述。
MicroRNAs ( miRNA, miR) , which are highly conserved noncoding single-stranded RNAs with 20 to 26 nucleotides, can control gene expression in eukaryotic cells.While one miRNA can regulate a variety of genes or proteins ex-pression and its expression and regulatory roles are various in different tissues.Numerous miRNAs gradually been confirmed associated with cardiovascular diseases, which found that miR-29 family can participate in the initiation and progression of heart diseases through different mechanisms, this article summarizes their mechanism of action.
