内皮型一氧化氮合酶基因多态性与2型糖尿病血管并发症关系的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 代谢及血液动力学凶素与2型糖尿病(T2DM)微血管及大血管并发症有关,而内皮功能紊乱在T2DM血管并发症中起关键作用。2型糖尿病微血管并发症主要包括糖尿病肾病(DN)、糖尿病视网膜病变(DR),大血管并发症主要是心脑血管疾病。许多研究发现与内皮型一氧化氮合酶(eNOS)基因多态性有关的内皮功能损害是T2DM血管并发症的主要原因之一。文章对eNOS基因多态性与糖尿病血管并发症的相关性进行综述。 Metabolic and hemodynamic factors are related to the microvascular and vascular complications of type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM), and endothelial dysfunction plays a key role in the complications of T2DM.Type 2 diabetes com-plications include diabetic nephropathy ( DN) , diabetic retinopathy ( DR) , the major vascular complications are cardiovascu-lar and cerebrovascular diseases.Many studies have found that endothelial dysfunction is one of the major causes of T2DM vascular complications in nitric oxide synthase endothelial ( eNOS) .In this paper, the relationship between eNOS gene poly-morphism and diabetic vascular complications was summarized.
