MRL／lpr狼疮虚热证小鼠模型的建立与评价

目的探讨建立MRL／lpr狼疮虚热证小鼠模型的方法。方法取MRL／1pr狼疮小鼠随机分为两组，模型组给予长时间灌胃附子、肉桂、干姜（1：1：1）水煎液，空白对照组灌胃同次数等量生理盐水，造模结束后，检测MRL／lpr狼疮小鼠血清中T3、T4、E2、T、COR的变化。结果造模结束后，模型组MRL／1pr狼疮小鼠血清中T3、T4、E2、COR的含量均高于空白对照组，T的含量低于空白对照组，出现中医虚热证的临床表现。结论利用温热中药水煎剂灌胃造模复制MRL／lp浓疮虚热证小鼠模型的方法是可行的。

Objectives This project established deficiency-heat syndrome model in MRL/lpr lupus mouse. Methods MRL/lpr lupus mouse were randomly divided into two groups： in model group the mouse were given the decoction of three Chinese medicines, aconite, cinnamon and dried ginger by gavage for a long time, and in blank control group the mouse were given the same times and equivalent normal saline by gavage.Then detected the change ofT3, T4, E2, T, COR in MRL/lpr lupus mouse serum. Results After modeling, T3, T4, E2, COR of model group mouse wwere higher than blank control group, and T of model group mouse was lower than blank control group. The MRL/lpr lupus mouse had the clinical manifestations of deficiency-heat syndrome. Coneluslons Using warm-heat TCM decoction to establish the deficiency-heat syndrome model of MRL/ lpr lupus mouse is feasible.
