血液透析联合血液灌流治疗尿毒症皮肤瘙痒的疗效观察

目的观察血液透析联合血液灌流治疗尿毒症皮肤瘙瘁的疗效。方法尿毒症皮肤瘙痒患者78例，按治疗方法将其分成两组，对照组实施常规血液透析治疗，观察组患者实施血液透析联合血液灌流治疗，比较两组患者血清指标、临床疗效及瘙痒症状改善效果。结果观察组患者的血磷及甲状旁腺激素（PTH）改善效果优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），但血钙改善效果与对照组比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；观察组患者临床治疗总有效率92.31％，对照组71．79％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；观察组患者治疗后皮肤瘙痒分数（14．39±7．53）分，对照组（27．63±7．91）分，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论血液透析联合血液灌流治疗尿毒症皮肤瘙痒患者不但有助于改善患者血清指标及皮肤瘙痒症状，同时还能够显著提高患者的临床治疗有效性，值得推广。

Objective To observe the curative effect of hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis in treatment of uremic pruritus. Methods 78 cases of uremic pruritus patients according to treatment methods weredivided into two groups, the control group received routine hemodialysis therapy, the observation group received hemodialysis combined with blood perfusion treatment, compared two groups of patients with clinical serum index. The efficacy and symptoms of itching effect. Results The observation of serum phosphorus and PTH group were better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） , bu compared with the control group, there was no significant difference in calcium effect （ P〉0.05 ） ; for clinical observation of the patient group, the total efficiency was92.31%, while control group 71.79%, the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） ; patients in the observation group after the treatment of pruritus score （ 14.39±7.53 ） , control group （ 27.63 ± 7.91 ） , the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion The blood Hemodialysis combined with blood perfusion in the treatment of uremic pruritus patients not only helps to improve the patient＇s serum indicators and skin itching symptoms, but also significantly improve the effectiveness of clinical treatment of patients, it is worth promoting.
