Tightrope钢板与锁骨钩钢板内固定治疗肩锁关节脱位临床疗效比较

目的比较Tightrope钢板与锁骨钧铜板治疗肩锁关节脱位的，临床疗效。方法RockwoodⅢ型以上肩锁关节脱位患者42例，根据内固定情况分为Tightrmpe铜板纽（17例）和锁骨钩钢板组（25例），比较两组疗效。结果2组获得6-24个月的随访，按Karlsson肩关节功能判断标准评定肩关节功能优良率，Tightrope钢板组优于锁骨钧钢板组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论Tightrope钢板重建喙锁韧带治疗Rockwood Ⅲ型以上肩锁关节脱位是一种非刚性的治疗方法，操作简单、复位满意、恢复快，能更好地改善肩关节早期疼痛和活动度。

Objective To explore the effect of coracoclavicular joint dislocation treated with Tightrope plate and clavicular hook plate. Methods There were 42 patients with Rockwood type Ⅲ or severe acromioclaviclar joint dislocations were treated.All of them were divided into 2 groups according to treatment with Tightrope plate group （ 17 cases ） or clavicular hook plate group （ 25 cases ） . Results All patients were followed up 6-24 months.According to the Karlsson score criteria, the excellent and good rates of Tightrope plate group were excellent to clavicular hook plate group, the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusions Reconstruction of coracoclavicular ligament by Tightrope plate is effective in treating Rockwood Ⅲ-V type acromioclavicular joint dislocation.It is micro-injury, and can provide early functional recovery.The Tightrope plate group have a greater ROM and less shoulder pain at the early post-suegery stage.
