摘要
介绍了NHMF煤磨动态选粉机的结构特点及工作原理;通过模型实验,对其分级性能进行了系统的研究,结果表明:(1)随着处理风量的增加,选粉机的牛顿效率在实验范围内有最佳值;(2)提高转子转速,选粉机的牛顿效率与分级精度也随着增大;(3)随着加料速度的提高,选粉机的牛顿效率与分级精度降低。
In this paper, the structural characteristics and classifying principle of the NHMF type coal dynamic separator are systemati- cally introduced. And by model tests, its classifying performances are thoroughly studied, the results show as following: (1)With the in- crease of air volume, the Newton efficiency of the separator has a optimal value within the experimental range; (2) If the mortor speed In- creases, the Newton efficiency and classification accuracy will also increase; (3) With the feed speed increasing, the Newton efficiency and classification accuracy reduces.
