放样技术在承重瓦刮削中的应用

摘要 鲁碧公司的PEJ900×1200颚式破碎机传动主轴轴承内衬由巴氏合金制成,维修时刮研要求比较高。利用放样拉线法测量承载区域,阐述了该方法的主要实施步骤。效果表明,该方法简单有效,使检修作业效率提升显著,职工劳动强度大幅降低,提高了检修的精准度与可控性。 The lining of Lubi Company's PEJ900x 1200 jaw crusher drive spindle bearing is made of Babbitt Metal, the scraping re- quirements are relatively high in maintenance. Measuring the bearing area by lofting line method, and describes the main steps of im- plement. The result show that the method is simple and effective, which increases the maintenance efficiency obviously, reduces the la- bor intensity greatly and improves the precision and eontrollablility of manitenanee.
