摘要
为了对糜子中的全磷和全钾含量进行研究,试验采用湿法消解糜子样品,通过紫外可见分光光度法和原子吸收光谱法,分别建立糜子中的全磷、全钾含量的测定方法。结果表明,糜子样品中全磷测定的标准工作曲线为y=0.026 5x+0.004(R^2=0.999 8);糜子样品中全钾测定的标准工作曲线为y=0.229 1x+0.008 6(R^2=0.999 4);所测19种糜子的全磷含量变幅为0.179 5%-0.336 6%,平均为0.298 4%,糜子品种的全钾含量变幅为0.254 1%-0.440 7%,平均为0.317 8%。
To detect the total phosphorus and total potassium content in Panicum miliaceum L., using wet digestion samples of corn millet, by using uv-vis spectrophotometry and atomic absorption spectrometry, this paper sets up the determination methods of total phosphorus, total potassium content of Panicum miliaceum L.. The results show that the standard curve of total phosphorus content is y=0.026 5x+0.004(R^2=0.999 8), the standard curve of total potassium content is y=0.229 1x+0.008 6(R^2=0.999 4). Total phosphorus content change range measured 19 kinds of Panicum miliaceum L. is from 0.179 5% to 0.336 6%,with an average of 0.298 4%; total potassium content change range is from 0.254 1% to 0.440 7%, with an average of 0.317 8%.
