摘要
将7个优良新疆杏品种引种到河北,以河北地方优良品种串枝红为对照,研究了新疆杏在河北地区的果实品质。结果表明,河北地区种植的新疆杏果实单果质量、可食率、色泽明显低于河北地方品种串枝红,而可溶性固形物含量显著高于河北地方品种;新疆杏品种间的单核质量和风味差异较大,但通过聚类分析发现,新疆杏最终聚为一类,河北地方品种串枝红为一类,说明不同品种群的品种即使在同一栽培水平条件下,仍保持了明显的品种特性。
Seven good varieties of Xinjiang apricot were introducted to Hebei province in 2010. This article studied Xinjiang apricot fruit quality, Chuanzhihong was the control variety which was the improved variety in Hebei area. The results showed that Xinjiang apricot had lower single fruit weight, edible rate and color than the control variety, but total soluble solid was higher than the control variety. The single kernel weight and luster between Xinjiang apricot were different. Through cluster analysis, the paper found that Xinjiang apricot eventually gathered for one class,but the control variety was another class. This explained the varieties of different cultivars still maintained the obvious self-characteristics even under the condition of the same cultivation level.
