日粮中不同硒源对肉鸡生产性能和抗氧化能力的影响 被引量:11

摘要 为了研究日粮中添加不同硒源对肉鸡生产性能和抗氧化能力的影响,试验选取6日龄300只白羽肉鸡作为试验材料,在其基础日粮中添加亚硒酸钠、生物硒和硒代蛋氨酸,硒的添加量(以硒计)为0.5,0.8,1.1 mg/kg,测定其生产性能和抗氧化能力。结果表明,亚硒酸钠、生物硒和硒代蛋氨酸三者均可提高肉鸡的生产性能,改善饲料的利用率,降低料肉比,各试验组均能显著(P<0.05)或极显著(P<0.01)地增加肉鸡的体质量,各试验组肉鸡增质量与对照组相比分别提高8.3%,14.3%,10.4%,12.8%,19.9%,16.8%,14.0%,17.7%,11.9%;日粮中不同硒源能显著(P<0.05)或极显著(P<0.01)地降低各试验组肉鸡的料肉比,各试验组料肉比与对照组相比分别降低1.4%,2.0%,1.5%,1.3%,4.1%,2.7%,2.3%,3.4%,1.7%;日粮中不同硒源能显著(P<0.05)或极显著(P<0.01)地提高肉鸡血清和肝组织中GSH-PX活性;日粮中不同硒源能显著(P<0.05)或极显著(P<0.01)地提高肉鸡血清中SOD活性,试验2组与试验4组肝组织中SOD的活性低于对照组,其余各试验组肝组织中SOD活性与对照组相比差异均达显著(P<0.05)或极显著(P<0.01);日粮中不同硒源能显著(P<0.05)或极显著(P<0.01)地降低肉鸡血清和肝组织中MDA的含量。在肉鸡养殖中,建议以生物硒为硒源,最适添加量为0.8 mg/kg,在此条件下,肉鸡的生产性能和抗氧化能力最好,进而使肉鸡养殖获得最大的经济效益。 To study the effect of broilers production performance and antioxidant capacity by adding different sources of selenium in diets, the 300 6-day-old white broilers were selected as the test material, the sodium selenite, biological selenium, selenomethionine were added to broilers basal diet, the addition amount of selenium(selenium meter) was 0.5, 0.8, 1.1 mg/kg. Then the production performancend antioxidant capacity were measured. The result showed that sodium selenite, biological selenium and selenomethionine could improve the broilers production performance, improve feed efficiency and decrease fodder meat ratio, each experimental group could significantly(P〈0.05)or highly significant(P〈0.01)increase the quality of broilers. Compared with the control group, the broiler quality of experimental group increased by 8.3%, 14.3%, 10.4%, 12.8%, 19.9%, 16.8%, 14.0%, 17.7% and 11.9%, respectively; Each experimental group could significantly(P〈0.05)or highly significant(P〈0.01)decrease fodder meat ratio, it compared with the control group that the fodder meat ratio of the experimental group broiler decreased by 1.4%, 2.0% 1.5%, 1.3%, 4.1%, 2.7%, 2.3%, 3.4%, 1.7%,respectively; Each experimental group could significantly(P〈0.05)or highly significant(P〈0.01)increase the serum and liver's GSH-PX activity; Each experimental group could significantly(P〈0.05)or highly significant(P〈0.01)increase the serum's SOD activity, the liver's SOD activity of the group 2 and group 4 were lower than the control group, while the differences were significant(P〈0.05)or highly significant(P〈0.01)of the rest experimental group compared with control group; Each experimental group could significantly(P〈0.05)or highly significant(P〈0.01)decrease the serum's and liver's content of MDA. Comprehensive consideration, it is recommended to take biological selenium as optimum selenium source and 0.8 mg/kg as optimum concentration in broiler breeding. Under this condition, the broiler's production performance and antioxidant capacity are the best and then broiler breeding can obtain maximum economic benefits.
