新疆奇台县现代设施农业发展现状及模式研究

Study on the Development Status and Model of Modern Facility Agriculture in Qitai County,Xinjiang

现代设施农业是农业现代化的重要组成部分。奇台县作为农业大县,近年来通过对现代设施农业的建设,加快了当地农业生产方式的转变,提高了农民收入。首先从规模布局、种植结构等方面对奇台县现代设施农业现状进行阐述和分析,同时对奇台县现代设施农业的各类发展模式进行归类总结,并在此基础上指出,奇台县设施农业发展中存在融资渠道狭窄、销售渠道单一、农民素质不高等问题,无法保证奇台县设施农业的长久性发展。最后,根据奇台县设施农业发展各环节中存在的问题,提出要完善奇台县设施农业准备、扩大生产规模、实行区域化布局等对策建议。

Modern facility agriculture is an important part of agricultural modernization. Qitai county, as a large agricultural county,speeds up the transformation of local agricultural production, increases farmers＇ income through the construction of modern facility agriculture in recent years. This paper elaborated and analysed the status of modern facility agriculture of Qitai county from the scale layout and planting structure. At the same time, the paper classified and summarized the all kinds of modern facility agriculture development models of Qitai county, and on this basis, it pointed out that the Qitai county existed some problems in the development of facilities agriculture, such as the narrow financing channels, a single channels of sales, and low quality of farmers, and so on, which could not guarantee the long-term development of Qitai county facility agriculture. Finally, according to the problems existing in the development of facility agriculture in Qitai county, the paper proposed to improve Qitai county facility agricultural preparation, expand the scale of production, implement regional layout and other countermeasures and suggestions.
