摘要
主要通过对目前风电产品所常用滑环室结构的分析,针对其在运行过程中存在的一些问题,介绍了一种自冷式滑环冷却风路结构,阐述了其结构特点和技术优势,并通过试验验证了其完全可以满足设计要求,改善了滑环及碳刷装置的工作环境,并取得良好的效果。
According to analysis of slip ring chamber structure commonly used in wind power product, and a wind path structure of self-cooled slip ring is introduced as for some prob- lems existing in its running process, structure characteristics and technical advantages are intro- duced. It is verified that the structure can meet design requirements, improve working environ- ment of the slip ring and carbon brush gear and achieve good effect.
