风机振动的分析及措施

Analysis and Measurement for Vibration of the Fans

两台风机在调试过程中出现振动问题,经过振动测试后,发现引起两台风机振动的原因各不相同。根据各振动的情况,对两台风机振动进行了处理,取得了良好的效果。由此可见,整个风机振动测试、原因分析、处理思路清晰、诊断准确、处理及时,值得处理同类振动问题借鉴。

For vibration problems occurred in adjustment process, vibration of two fans is measured. It is found that vibration reasons of the two fans are not the same one. According to the vibration situation, vibration problem of the two fans are disposed and effective result has got. This shows that the vibration test for whole fans has advantages of clear reason analysis and treatment idea, accurate diagnosis, timely treatment, and it can provide reference for treating the same problem.
