摘要
对向心磁极铁托板和磁极铁心焊接时出现的质量问题着重进行了分析,并针对各类质量问题逐一给出相应的处理和改进措施。这些措施能保证后续磁极铁托板的焊接质量并满足机组安全运行要求。
Quality problems occurred in welding shell feed plate for centripetal magnetic pole and magnetic pole core are emphatically analyzed in this paper, and treatments and im- prove measures for each quality problem are given one by one. These measures can guarantee welding quality of the subsequent shell feed plate of magnetic pole, and meet safe running re- quirements of the unit.
