摘要 针对印染废水成分复杂、可生化性差、色度深等特点,采用水解酸化-生物接触氧化-钢渣过滤-臭氧氧化处理工艺。在进水COD、BOD5、SS质量浓度分别为900~1 500、300~500、100~200 mg/L,色度为300~800倍,p H在10.0~13.5的条件下,经处理后出水能够达到《纺织染整工业水污染物排放标准》(GB 4287-2012)排放标准。实践证明该工艺处理效果好,耐冲击负荷能力强,运行稳定,解决了出水色度深的问题,对同行业废水处理具有推广实用价值。 Aiming at the characteristics of dyeing wastewater, such as complex components, poor biodegradability and high chroma, it was treated by the hydrolysis acidification-biological contact oxidation-slag fil- tration-ozone oxidation process. Under the conditions, the mass concentration of influent COD, BODs and SS were 900N1 500, 300-500 and 100-200 mg/L, respectively, the chrominance 300-800 times, the pH was 10.0-13.5, the effluent water after the treatment could meet the demands of discharge standard of water pol- lutants for dyeing and finishing of textile industry (GB 4287-2012). Practice had proved that the process had good treatment effect, strong resistance to shock loading and stable operation, and solved the problem of deep water color depth, which was of utility in the wastewater treatment of the same industry.
