摘要
采用研磨分散法制备了超细液状分散橙30,研究了复合分散剂配比对超细液状分散橙30离心稳定性、尺寸稳定性的影响,并进行了染色试验。结果表明,当分散剂用量为60%(对染料质量),分散剂m(PEG1500)∶m(4080A)∶m(SL)=1∶0.5∶4.5时,所制备的液状分散染料较佳。颗粒的平均粒径为271.1 nm,且粒径分布指数PDI为0.158,离心稳定性为96.2%,自然条件下贮存35天后,粒度变化ΔD仅为3.5 nm,Zeta电位变化ΔZP为0.5 m V;且具有良好的高、低温分散稳定性,上染百分率高于常规分散染料。
Ultrafine liquid Disperse Orange 30 was prepared by grinding dispersion method. The effect of dispersant ratio on the centrifugal stability and dimensional stability of ultrafine liquid Disperse Orange 30 were studied and dyeing test was carried out. The results showed that when the amount of dispersant was 60% (on the mass of dye), dispersants re(PEG1500): m(4080A):m(SL)=1:0.5:4.5, the prepared liquid disperse dye was better. The average particle size of dye particles was 271.1 rim, and a particle size distribution index PDI was 0.158. The centrifugal stability of prepared dye dispersion was 96.2%, after 35 days storage under natural conditions, the particle size change △D was only 3.5 nm, and Zeta potential changes △ZP was 0.5 mV. It had good high and low temperature dispersion stability, the dye uptake was higher than conventional disperse dyes.
