摘要 具备高强度和硬度,耐腐蚀、磨损和烧蚀及抗氧化等优点的工程陶瓷无论在科研领域还是工业领域都被广泛研究。然而工程陶瓷的高脆性和高熔点特性会导致其在加工过程中容易产生微裂纹、相变区、残余应力等缺陷,因此,工业上对工程陶瓷的加工技术提出了更高的要求以便获得高精度和高质量的工程陶瓷。从工程陶瓷的传统机械加工和特种加工技术两个方面详述了各种加工技术在实际生产中的运用,并结合国内外最新发展技术,提出了复合加工技术将是工程陶瓷加工技术研究重点的观点,在工程陶瓷精密加工领域具有一定的实际指导作用。 The engineering ceramics has been widely studied both in scientific research and industrial research because of its many advantages of properties such as high strength and hardness, corrosion and oxidation resistance. However, some defects including micro-cracks, phase transition area, residual stress are easily caused because of its characteristic of high brittleness, high melting point for the engineering ceramic. Therefore, the machining technology of engineering ceramics needs higher requirements in order to obtain high accuracy, high quality of engineering ceramics. In this paper, the various processing technologies in the practical application were analyzed according to the two aspects of traditional machining engineering ceramics and special processing. And the view that the composite processing technology will attach more attentions in engineering ceramics machining technology was proposed. Meantime, the proposed thesis will provide useful guidance in the field of precision machining engineering ceramics.
