跨海引水管道敷设施工技术

文中主要介绍长海县跨海引水工程,所采用的钢丝网骨架PE管道在海上施工过程,并参考其它工程中不同输水管线的施工方法及工艺,根据现场实际施工情况加以改进,使采用的施工方法和技术达到安全、稳定且造价合理的施工效果。同时也介绍了所用的PE管焊接及试压,以及敷管船施工的方法。

The paper mainly introduces the marine construction of steel wire mesh skeleton PE pipe for the water division project through sea in Changhai County. Reference to the construction method and technology of different water division pipe in other project,taking in consideration of the field practical construction condition,them are improved and adopted to getting effects of safety, stability and reasonable cost. the paper also introduces the construction method of the PE pipe welding and pressure and PE pipe-laying vessel construction method.
