摘要 隧洞衬砌施工,受其结构特殊性影响,顶拱难以浇筑密实,常与顶部岩体留有孔隙,具有这种质量缺陷的衬砌问题,常给运行带来较大隐患。文中结合某圆形有压隧洞顶拱衬砌厚度检测数据,研究了其质量缺欠的特性,通过FLAC计算:顶拱衬砌留有孔隙,对洞室安全运行具有较大影响,通过回填灌浆,可以显著减小顶拱部位最大剪应力,降低危害程度。 In the construction of tunnel lining, the top arch is difficult to cast densely because of the influence of the structural particularity, often leaves the pore between the top arch and rock. The lining problem with the quality defect often brings the great risk for the tunnel operation. Combing with the thickness measurement data of top arch lining for some a circular pressure tunnel, the paper studies the characteristics of quality defects and obtains the results through FLAC calculation. The results show that the pores leaved in arch top lining have a great influence on safe operation of the tunnel and the backfill grouting could significantly reduce the maximum share stress at the top arch to decrease the harm.
