摘要 针对传统输电线路的巡检系统存在智能化水平不足,操作步骤繁琐,偏远地区信号不稳定等问题,提出一种基于北斗定位技术和人工智能结合的输电线路智能巡检系统体系。在该系统中,基于百度地图建立了野外路径导航模型;利用专家系统建立了杆塔缺陷库,并搭建了图形化巡视功能模型;通过智能算法对巡检路径进行规划。为提高安全性和通信可靠性,利用北斗系统进行杆塔定位,采用3G、4G网络与后台进行通信。该系统可提高巡检效率,减少故障处理时间。 In allusion to problems of insufficient intelligent level,complicated and cumbersome operating process of traditional inspection system for power transmission lines and unstable signals in remote areas,this paper presents a kind of intelligent inspection system for power transmission lines based on Beidou positioning technology and artificial intelligence.In this system,a field path navigation model is established based on Baidumap,defects database for the tower is set up by using the expert system and a graphical inspection function model is established as well.Intelligent algorithm is used for planning on inspection path.In order to improve security and communication reliability,Beidou system is used for tower positioning and 3G/4G network is used for communicating with the management platform.This system is significant to improve inspection efficiency and reduce fault handling time.
