摘要 通过实验研究开式系统中水泵、变频器和电动机组合系统的变频调速运行特性。在改变水泵频率和系统中调节阀门开度的工况下,获得变频水泵在各种工况下的转速、流量、压头、总功率等数据,利用曲线拟合方法得到变频水泵全工况的流量比与频率比、压头比与频率比、总功率比与频率比之间的关系式。 The variable frequency speed-regulating operation characteristics of the combined system of water pump, frequency converter and motor in the opening system are studied by experiments. The data such as rotating speed, flow rate, pressure head and total power under tained by changing all kinds of the conditions are obthe frequency of water pump and opening degree of regulating valve in the system. The relational expressions between the flow rate ratio and the frequency ratio, the pressure head ratio and the frequency ratio as well as the total power ratio and the frequency ratio under the full range of operating conditions are obtained by the curve fitting method.
