植物挥发油对反刍动物瘤胃发酵的调控作用 被引量:1

摘要 植物挥发油具有抗菌、促生长等多种功能,被认为是可以替代抗生素药物的天然饲料添加剂之一。近年来,有关植物挥发油在瘤胃发酵调控以及瘤胃甲烷减排的研究成为热点。本文在介绍植物挥发油活性成分及功能的基础上,针对其在反刍动物瘤胃发酵的调控作用进行了综述,讨论其调控的作用机制,并对其应用前景进行了展望。 Plant-derived essential oils process the abilities of anti-microbial and growth promotion, which make them potential alternatives to antibiotics. In recent years, scientists have become interested in evaluating the potential abilities of essential oils on rumen manipulation and reduction of methane emissions. This article reviewed the role of essential oils and their active components on modulating ruminal fermentation. Modulation mechanisms and application prospects of plant-derived essential oils were also discussed.
