摘要
目的:研制一种集分离、转运及贴码功能为一体的复合型血液试管条形贴码机。方法:该贴码机将单元式的盛装方式与辊筒式的疏散方式相结合,以STM32F303处理器为核心,采用悬浮式打印头的条形码打印机进行条形码打印。结果:可实现6种规格试管的分类盛装、按需取用及条形码的打印粘贴。结论:该装置的研制减轻了医务人员的工作量,提高了试管分离转运效率,提高了患者信息传递的准确性。
Objective To develop a composite signature instrument for the blood tube, which integrates the functions of separation, transport and signature. Methods The instrument adopted the ideas of storage unit and roller-type evacuation, used STM32F303 as the core unit and applied barcode printer with a suspending head. Results The instrument realized the classified storage, requirement-oriented mobilizing and barcode printing and adhering. Conclusion The instrument decreases the workload of the medical staff, increases the efficiency of tube separation and transport, and enhances the accuracy of patient information transmission.
