摘要
目的:设计一种用于血液透析治疗的肢体固定器,解决传统固定方法固定效果和舒适度不好的问题。方法:该固定器包括弧形固定板和固定带2个部分。固定板采用有若干透气孔的低温热塑板制作,内部设有可装卸衬垫;固定带采用弹性固定带,两端上设有扣合装置,选用粘扣或卡扣进行粘合。结果:该固定器在血液透析过程中,能与患者肘部很好地贴合,使患者更加舒服,且有效地预防了穿刺针脱落或滑出血管外等并发症的发生。结论:该固定器固定效果良好,不但减轻了患者的痛苦,而且减轻了护理人员的工作量,值得推广应用。
Objective To design and apply a limb fixation device for the hemodialysis patient. Methods The device was composed of a curved plate and a elastic fixation strap. The plate consisted of a low-temperature thermoplastic board with vent holes and a detatchable bearing strip. The strap was equipped with thread gluing or buckle for locating. Results During hemodialysis, the plate fitted the elbow well so that the complications such as puncture needle's falling off or sliding out of the vessel were prevented effectively. Conclusion The device decreases the patient's pain and the workload of the nurse, and thus is worthy promoting practically.
