摘要
目的:探讨使用动力系统等仪器设备前的灭菌操作规范及灭菌过程中问题的处理方法。方法:选取2015年1月至9月某院800次动力系统等仪器设备使用过程中相关资料进行分析,分析动力系统等仪器设备前的灭菌规范及灭菌过程中问题的处理方法及处理效果。结果:规范后仪器设备服务达标率为90%,灭菌达标率为92.5%,仪器设备管理达标率为90.0%,显著高于规范前(仪器设备服务达标率为62.5%,灭菌达标率为67.5%,仪器设备管理达标率为72.5%)(P<0.05);规范化消毒供应中心对仪器设备灭菌质量重视程度为95%,显著高于规范前(P<0.05)(仪器设备灭菌质量重视程度为85%)。结论:动力系统等仪器设备使用前的灭菌存在的问题较多,应该严格按照灭菌操作规范进行处理,提高仪器设备的灭菌效果。
Objective To investigate the sterilization operation specification and problems treatment before using power system and other devices. Methods Related data on 800 times of mobilizing power system and other devices in some hospital from January to September 2015 were analyzed, and the sterilization operation specification, problems and countermeasures before using were discussed. Results The qualified rate of the devices reached 90.0% after standardization, the rate for sterilization was 92.5%, and the rate for device management was 90.0%; the values before standardization were 62.5, 67.5% and 72.5% respectively. The qualified rates were significantly higher than those before standardization(P 0.05). The emphasis rate of standardized sterile supply center for device sterilization was 95%, which was statistically higher than that(85%) before standardization. Conclusion Sterile operating specification has to be obeyed to enhance the sterilization of the devices.
