路面激励模型的计算机模拟

摘要 在路面不平度无法测量的条件下,路面激励模型的构建对车辆平顺性分析和性能评价尤为重要。对2D路面和3D路面构建机理进行对比分析,利用有限元三角形网格模拟3D等效容积路面模型片段,构建典型路面。采用正弦波叠加原理模拟近似平稳随机路面,将两种具有空间不平度的路面与虚拟样机技术进行耦合,对车辆动态特性和平顺性进行仿真应用,为真实反映车辆运行随机信息提供强有力的技术支持。 The construction of the road excitation model is of" great importance to vehicle ride comfort-ability analysis and performance evaluation under the premise of unmeasurable road surface roughness . Through the comparison of the construction mechanism of 2D road and 3D road model, their advantages and disadvantages are analyzed. The finite element triangle mesh is used to sinmlate the 3D equivalent w)lume pavement model, aml the typical road model is constructed. The stationary random road is simulated approximately on the principle of' sine wave superposition. Two kinds of road model and virtual prototyping technology are coupled, which are used to simulate the dynamic characteristics and comfort-abilityof vehicles. It provides strong support to virtually retlecl all random working information of the vehicle.
