从CBA职业联赛监管运行现状出发,论述了联赛监管的双系统构成和二者间的监管博弈模型。得出结论:中国篮球运动管理中心与中国篮球运动协会分别行使政府和行业监管职能对当前联赛进行双系统监管,二者具有一定的边界与冲突,应在联赛不同领域运用不同的监管手段和策略进行充分博弈、科学选择和协同监管,才能实现CBA职业联赛健康、持续且高效的发展道路。

The article discusses the composition of the double regulation system and the gambling model between the both them. It draws a conclusion that the Chinese basketball management center and the Chinese association can use the govement and industry regulation to give full play to the double regulatory league. They have certain boundaries and conflicts and the both should regulate the league in different areas using different methods and strategies to achieve a healthy,sustainable and efficient of the development path with CBA professional league.
