摘要
散热器罩作为汽车重要的外饰件,其设计的好坏直接影响到整车的性能和美观程度。以散热器罩设计流程为线索,从CAS面检查分析、与周边件的搭接、结构和工艺等方面进行探讨,系统地对散热器罩设计制造过程中的问题进行分析和归纳。该方法能够减少产品的设计失误及模具修改报废的风险,缩短产品的设计周期,保证装车效果;可以为相关部门提供参考和借鉴。
Radiator shield as an important vehicle exterior part, its design directly influences the vehicle performance and appearance. The radiator shield is studied in CAS, the surrounding part lapping, structure and process based on the radiator shield design flow, analyzing and summarizing the issues which are existed in the manufacturing process of the radiator shield. This method can avoid the design mistake and reduce the risk of die modification scrap, shorten the design time and guarantee the vehicle assembly, providing the reference for the related design department.
