摘要
围绕如何应对金属材料受到环境的作用,发生腐蚀、断裂,以致早期失效和损坏的问题,分析了大气环境中的污染物,尤其是SO_2对产品构成的腐蚀危害,阐述了金属材料产品防腐蚀能力的评价方式以及加强和提高产品防腐性能的手段。通过腐蚀试验研发验证新合金,可以达到降低成本、满足使用环境要求以及保障产品性能的目的。
The pollutants in the atmospheric environments is analyzed, especially focusing on the corrosive damage of SO2 on the products aimed at how to solve the problems of the environmental action on the metal materials, such as the corrosion, crack, lose efficacy early and damage. This paper illustrates the evaluation method of anti-corrosive properties and means of enhancing the corrosion protection. The anti-corrosive test shows that new alloy can reduce the cost, meet the environmental requirements and guarantee the product performance.
