Perioperative care of CT-guided percutaneous lung puncture radiofrequency ablation in combination with ^(125)I seed implantation therapy for lung cancer

总结2例肺癌患者行CT引导下经皮肺穿刺射频消融术联合125I放射性粒子植入治疗围术期护理要点。术前对患者进行心理疏导,使其了解并主动配合治疗,训练患者掌握术中的呼吸配合。术中,RFA及125I放射性粒子植入时,严密监测生命体征,重点观察处理气胸、疼痛、局部灼热和胸膜反应等并发症。术后护理要点为密切观察患者病情,对症处理气胸、发热、胸痛、咳嗽、咯血,做好放射性防护管理,掌握粒子浮出的正确处理方法。围术期整体护理干预是保障预后的关键环节,可促进疗效,提升患者生存质量。

To summarize perioperative nursing experience in a series of 2 patients with lung cancer,who underwent radiofrequeney ablation in combination with IzsI seed implantation.Preoperative psychological counseling was aimed to make patients understand and actively cooperate with treatment.Also,patients should master the breathing exercises in the operation.During the operation,monitor vital signs,the complications of pneumothorax,feeling of pain and burning and pleural reaction should be emphatically observed.Fever,cough and hemoptysis,radiation protection management and the seed migration also should be noticed and disposed correctly after the operation.Perioperative holistic nursing intervention would contribute to better results,promote the curative effect and improve patient quality of life.
