Objective: To explore Clinical nursing countermeasures and risk prevention of the patients with hypertension combined chronic cardiac insufficiency. Methods:In our hospital from August 2013 to October 2014 treated 80 cases of patients with hypertension combined chronic cardiac insufficiency.is analyzed. It can be divided into two groups at random,a group implemented routine nursing countermeasures as the control group.Another group as experimental group, the group implement specialized nursing countermeasures for patients with hypertension combined chronic cardiac insufficiency.Compare two groups of the mastering rate of hypertension and chronic cardiac insufficiency knowledge, blood pressure control and clinical symptoms of cardiac insufficiency. Results:After corresponding treatment and nursing, the master rate of the experimental group patients grasp relevant knowledge of hypertension and chronic cardiac insufficiency was 90.0%,higher than the control group(57.5%);92.5% of patients in the experimental group get stable or decreased blood pressure, higher than the control group(47.5%);the clinical symptoms of cardiac insufficiency of 95.0% of patients in experimental group decreased, higher than the control group(60.0%).Conclusions:Implement specialized nursing countermeasures for patients with hypertension combined chronic cardiac insufficiency which can effectively improve the cognition of disease and patients with blood pressure and clinical symptoms of cardiac insufficiency to get good control.
