摘要
目的:探讨PBL教学法在神经外科教学中的效果。方法:对神经外科实习的医学生尝试用PBL教学法。PBL教学模式效果的评估采用考试和调查问卷两种形式。结果:在学生的临床实践能力和考试成绩比较中,PBL教学模式较传统模式在理论考试中差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),PBL教学模式较传统模式在临床操作中差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),在PBL教学模式组中的学生对此模式持肯定态度。结论:PBL教学模式可明显提高学生。
Objective: To study the role of problem-baselearning(PBL) mode in neurosurgery teaching.Methods:PBL mode was trailed on medical students in neurosurgery department.Examination and questionnaire survey were performed to evaluate the role of PBI mode.Results:As for the cases analysis ability,scores in PBL groups were higher than traditional groups,in theoretical test,scores showed significant differences between PBL groups and traditional groups(P〈0.05).Meanwhile,there was no difference between the two groups in scores of clinical practice skills(P〉0.05).Accout for 95% students of the PBL groups had affirmative attitude to the problem-base learning mode.Conclusion:PBL mode can improve students' case analysis ability.
