铺地材料防滑性能测试设备的研发与比对试验

摘要 滑倒而致伤致残是威胁公共安全的大问题,因此,铺地材料防滑性能的研究是安全研究的重要部分。铺地材料的特性会由于使用时间和洁净程度等因素而改变,本文根据滑动模型,设计了基于模拟行走的铺地材料防滑性能测试设备。通过实验室测试和对比分析,证明该设备对铺地材料防滑性能测试是可行的,适用于各种条件的现场试验。 Injured or disabled by slipping is a big threat to public safety,so research on slip resistance of floor covering materials is an important part of the safety studies. The properties of floor surface are constantly modified as a function of wear,dirt,and humidity. According to the slipping model in this paper,a slip resistance measurement device is designed based on walking simulation,and the device can be applied in field test under various conditions. By means of laboratory tests and comparison analysis,the device is feasible for testing the slip resistance of floor covering materials and can be used in field test.
