摘要
生态混凝土是一种具有特殊孔结构的新型混凝土。为了分析由这种生态混凝土制成的城市河道护坡对水质净化效果,自制了河道槽形结构模型,开展静态吸附和动态过水条件下的水质净化试验。结果表明:在静态吸附实验的4组试样中总氮去除率可达47.4%,总磷去除率可达70.3%,说明利用生态混凝土护坡对城市河道进行污水修复是可行的,以此为基础开展了动态过水实验确定适用于城市河道水污染修复效果最佳的生态混凝土配合比,即骨料粒径为20―25mm,胶凝材料用量为228.46g,矿灰掺量为4%,水胶比为0.3,硫酸亚铁掺量为12%。研究结果可为以后城市河道污水净化提供指导意义。
Eeo-concrete is a new type of concrete with special pore structure.In orcter to evaluate the water cleansing effect of the city channel slope protection which made of coo-concrete,the river channel flume mod- el has been made to carry out static adsorption experiment as well as water cleansing experiment under the condition of dynamic flow. The results show that: in the static adsorption experiment,the removal rate of total nitrogen is 47.4%,the removal rate of total phosphorus is 70.3%, so it is feasible to use the coo-concrete of slope on sewage remedi- ation in urban river.Based on this,the dynamic flow state experiment is carried out to confirm the best concrete mixed proportion for urban river pollution remediation.It turns out that the aggregate size is between 20 ~ 25mm,the cementing material content is 228.46 g,the amount of calx is 4% ,water-binder ratio is 0.3, and the amount of ferrous sulfate is 12%.In the future, the result can provide guidance for engineering practice in our city.
