Considerations on Major of Law Being Listed As One Least-welcome in Employment

法学专业就业连续多年被亮红牌,是我国法学教育出现问题的反映。我国法学教育存在的问题包括,法学专业设立标准不明确;法学教育的定位模糊与趋同化严重;法学教育课程体系和内容设置不合理;法学教育方法落后。相应的改革路径应当是,控制法学专业招生人数,设定专业设立标准;法学教育定位应多层次、多元化;改进教学内容和方法。

The fact that the major of law has been listed successively for many years as one least-welcome in employment is the reflection of problems in the legal education of China. The problems arising in the legal education in our country are presented as follows： neither the standards for the establishment of law nor the positioning of legal education is clear enough; convergence of law education is serious; the curriculum system and the content is unreasonably set; and the legal education methods are not modern enough. To deal with these shortcomings,there should be some corresponding reform paths,which include controlling the enrollment of law students,setting professional standards,trying multi-level and diversified positioning of legal education,apart from the improvement of teaching contents and methods.
